1、制动电阻柜:
1. Braking resistor cabinet:
制动电阻柜应用于电机快速停车过程中,为保护变频器不受电机再生电能危害,将电机快速制动过程中产生的再生电能直接消耗转化,不回馈到电源网络中,从而起到保证电源网络的平稳运行,按工作电压等级可分为低压制动电阻柜、中压制动电阻柜和高压制动电阻柜,也广泛应用于电力机车和城市地铁列车等制动。
Braking resistor cabinets are used in the rapid stopping process of motors. In order to protect the frequency converter from the harm of motor regenerative energy, the regenerative energy generated during the rapid braking process of the motor is directly consumed and converted, without feedback to the power network, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the power network. According to the working voltage level, they can be divided into low-voltage braking resistor cabinets, medium voltage braking resistor cabinets, and high-voltage braking resistor cabinets. They are also widely used in braking of electric locomotives and urban subway trains.

无感电阻柜用于高频开关电源、射频功率测试、微波模拟发射假负载等高频工作领域,可平衡负载和限流,延长模块使用寿命,通过半导体材料大功率无感电阻器设计制造而成。
The non inductive resistor cabinet is used in high-frequency working fields such as high-frequency switching power supplies, RF power testing, microwave analog transmission false loads, etc. It can balance loads and limit current, extend module service life, and is designed and manufactured with high-power non inductive resistors made of semiconductor materials.

大功率电阻柜用于大功率逆变电源、大功率可调直流电源、大功率变频电源和大功率直流电机等大功率电气设备中为平衡负载和过流,通过设计模块化大功率合金板式电阻柜组装而成。
High power resistor cabinets are used in high-power electrical equipment such as high-power inverters, high-power adjustable DC power supplies, high-power variable frequency power supplies, and high-power DC motors to balance loads and overcurrent. They are assembled by designing modular high-power alloy plate resistor cabinets.
4、发电机电阻柜
4. Generator resistance cabinet
发电机电阻柜也称发电机中性点接地电阻柜,用于柴油发电机或风力发电机在并网运行时,当发生单相接地故障时,能及时发现并快速切换电路,限制接地电流,防止过压危害,从而避免出现绕组绝缘损害进而发展成为相间或匝间短路。
Generator resistance cabinet, also known as generator neutral grounding resistance cabinet, is used for diesel generators or wind turbines to detect and quickly switch circuits when a single-phase grounding fault occurs during grid connected operation. It limits the grounding current, prevents overvoltage hazards, and avoids insulation damage to the winding, which can develop into phase to phase or turn to turn short circuits.
